  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 cups water + more as needed
  • 2 teaspoons miso paste
  • 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast optional
  • Salt + pepper to taste
  • Additional garlic if desired
