PRAWN FRIED RICE RECIPE / SHRIMP FRIED RICE RECIPE



Ingredients:

  • Basmati Rice – 2 cups cooked one (Refer this post)
  • Oil – 2 tblspn
  • Garlic – 5 fat cloves chopped finely
  • Ginger – 1 tblspn chopped finely
  • Green Chilli – 1 chopped finely
  • Onion – 1 medium size chopped finely
  • Capsicum / Green Bell Pepper – 1/2 chopped finely
  • Soy Sauce – 1 tsp or to taste
  • Vinegar or Lemon Juice – 1 tsp or to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp or to taste
  • Spring Onion – a handful finely chopped

For Marinating Prawns:

  • Prawns – 12 medium size ones
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  • Vinegar or Lemon Juice – 1 tsp or to taste
  • Soy Sauce – 1 tsp or to taste
